4.1 Login at /user-login/

Once your Exclusive View account has been created and your 21-day trial has started, your next step is to log into your Admin Dashboard. This is where you’ll manage your group, add learners, and track progress.

Step-by-Step: How to Log In

You’ll see the login screen that asks for your:

  • Email address
  • Password

✅ Step 2: Enter Your Admin Login Details

Use the same email and password you created during the Exclusive View registration process.

⚠️ Make sure you type everything correctly – passwords are case-sensitive!

✅ Step 3: Click “Log In”

Once you’ve filled in your details, click the “Log In” button.
If everything is correct, you’ll be taken straight to your Admin Dashboard.

🔐 Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password:

  1. Click “Lost Password?”
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  4. Follow the instructions to create a new one

Once you’ve logged into the VirtualX platform as the group owner (admin), your next stop is the “My Account” page. This is your personal admin hub — the place where you check your membership status, manage your profile, and access key links like “Manage Group”.

What is the “My Account” Page?

Think of “My Account” as your control centre. It’s where you:

  • Confirm your Exclusive View status
  • See how many learner seats you have
  • Access links to manage your group
  • View or update your profile info

  • You are the Group Owner
  • You can start inviting learners immediately
